Cleve-Hill Auto & Tire Pros

Stopped in without an appointment because I had a screw in my tire. They squeezed me in, fixed the tire in a few hours. Very friendly crew and reasonably priced. I will use them again for NY inspections and any other problems with my car.

I highly recommend this place. Bob was super nice, honest and was very helpful. Would ask his boss to give him a promotion for such an amazing service. I used to go to Mavis Tire Cheektowaga for almost 3 years and have had a very bad experience there recently, thus moving to Cleve Hill Tire and Auto from now on. Everything was super smooth. I didn’t have any appointment, but he was still able take me in and help me swap my tires and also cabin air filters. They are very honest and clear with their prices too.

I’ve taken both of my cars here multiple times and consistently have a great experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to explain things clearly. Their pricing is fair, they work efficiently, and most importantly, they’re honest and trustworthy. It’s not always easy to find a mechanic you can rely on, but this is definitely one of them. Highly recommend.

Called Cleve Hill tire and auto . From the very first conversation with Bob , I was impressed with his customer service. He was polite , kind and let me know exactly what they do and how much it would cost. I missed the phone call that it was ready so I called back and spoke to Garret, told him I couldn't come that day because of work and he said the next day was fine. I asked him the price which was exactly what Bob had told me and I asked if any chance they could take my spare off and put my tire on , he said absolutely we can do that. I asked how much it would cost and he told me not to worry about it , that they would take care of it. Also let me say , Garrets customer service was fantastic. I got there to get tire and Garrett and Bob were at front desk with nothing but friendly faces and responses . Told Garrett that I had some things in trunk and not to worry about putting the spare in the under compartment and that they could even just put it back seat. As the work was being done Garrett informed me that my lug nuts were swelling, I believe that was the word he used. He showed me and explained that most factory lug nuts come in a way that it's not just one solid piece of met

Incredibly approachable! I was nervous coming in for the first time but they were very professional! I needed a car inspection and was hesitant about finding a new place that was closer to home. I talked to Garret over the phone and was very satisfied with how calm, inviting and professional he was with me. There was another gentleman that was just as wonderful at the register. They even have a professional service protection plan in case of any emergency on the road! Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had with a personal car repair shop!
